2026 Expo Schedule
(always subject to changes)
8:00 AM - 9:30 AM - All Vendors, Food Trucks, UTV Showdown Contestants, & Summer Sausage Contestants will setup during this time. All sound equipment placement on stage is finalized. This time will also be for a sound check.
10:00 AM - Open Ceremonies, Color Guard (Watson Chapel JROTC), PBA Arsenal Commander, Deer Stand & Trout Excursion Raffle Ticket sales are announced and begin. Giveaway drawing times are announced.
10:30 AM - Hover ball Archery, AGFC Archery, Stick horse races, and other activities begin in the Kids Zone. DJ music plays all day.
11:00 AM - State Summer Sausage Championship competition begins. Judging & sampling begin. First drawings take place on stage.
11:30 AM - Continued drawings - Nut grub, gift certificates, T-shirts, etc. Entertainment & DJ music continues all day. First Tug of War start in the Arena.
12:00 PM - DeltaPlex Radio LIVE remote begins; lasts 2 hours. Summer sausage winners announced, drawings, face paintings, AGFC show-n-tell with a baby alligator. More tug-of-war matches in the Arena.
12:30 PM - Music from DJ & Dewayne Spangler. Arkansas State Police lands helicopter for a show-n-tell for the kids.
1:00 PM - Tug-of-war tournament continues. More drawings.
1:30 PM - Live music with Reggie Brown & Dewayne Spangler
2:00 PM - UTV Showdown judging begins. Kids Activities
2:30 PM - Tug-of-war winning team announced. DJ Music
3:00 PM - UTV Showdown winners announced, prizes awarded. Drawings. DJ music
4:00 PM - Drawings. DJ Music
5:00 PM - RODEO begins! Expo Closes. All Vendors and UTV Showdown Contestants will tear-down during this time. Food Trucks Only have the option to stay setup for the Rodeo.
5:30 PM - Back gate opens for more exiting
8:00 PM - 9:00 PM - Rodeo ends. Food truck & Rodeo pack-up & exit.
