AGREEMENT & REGISTRATION FORM

The first 14 contestants that apply will be allowed to compete.
There is no Entry Fee.
1st place = $150 cash!
2nd place = $75 cash!
Contestants will receive confirmation that their registration was received. Further information will be provided later.
This will be a timed event, and will be in front of a crowd, possibly on a stage.
Pictures and video will be posted on social media and may be used as other promotional content elsewhere.
Minors MUST have their adult sponsor's signature on the entry form, and that same adult sponsor must be present with the Minor on the day of the event.
Any contestant that cannot hold down food once it enters the mouth will be disqualified.

BY SUBMITTING THIS FORM, YOU AGREE TO THE ABOVE RULES AND THAT THE CITY OF REDFIELD, ARKANSAS EXTREME OUTDOORS & ALL EVENT SPONSORS/PARTNERS WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR INJURIES TO PERSONS OR PROPERTY.
