Set-up times are anytime from Friday, October 11th, at 6pm through Saturday, October 12th, at 8am ONLY.

Activities begin October 12th, at 8am while the main events begin at 10am.

All Food Trucks will park in designated areas. A map will be provided at the event, if not before then.

Every Food Truck Vendor is responsible for their own water & electric supply.

Every Food Truck Vendor must provide at least (1) large trash container placed at one end of their Food Truck.

Every Food Truck Vendor will be responsible for emptying their trash container(s) into the trash dumpster on site.

Breakdown time can begin as early as 6pm; Food Trucks must be out of the park by 9pm.

Spaces are limited and are awarded on a first come, first serve basis!

Arkansas Extreme Outdoors, the City of Redfield, and any volunteers or sponsors are not responsible for any damages to any persons or property.

NO ALCOHOL OR FIREARMS ALLOWED IN OR AROUND PARK.
