BOOTH SPACE VENDOR AGREEMENT

RULES
Any business or person is allowed to register, pay for, and set-up a booth at our Expo, unless deemed inappropriate or offensive by AEO Staff, with no limitations (There may be several booths selling the same items such as candy, fishing lures, hunting gear, etc.).
No Booth Space will be reserved until this registration is fully completed, to include any payment due.
Booth Spaces do NOT come with a tent, table, chair, or electricity, and will be located outside/outdoors; vendors are allowed to bring their own tent, tables, and/or chairs.
Booth Space availability is on a first-come, first-serve basis. If this registration form is still on the website and useable, then we still have space available.
NO alcohol, smoking/vaping, or firearms are permitted in the park. You are welcome to go to the parking area outside of the park to smoke/vape.
Booth Spaces are assigned to Vendors by AEO Staff. Please understand that we cannot assign spaces beside a friend or for any other reason (if you want to setup with a friend, etc., purchase a bigger space to share and split the payment amongst yourselves). A map that shows where you will be setup will be provided roughly 1 week before the event via email (make sure to check your Spam folder; also, AEO Staff will be able to direct you to your spot during the setup timeframe).
All Vendors are responsible for their own trash and area clean-up.
Vendors are allowed to have raffles, prize giveaways, drawings, etc. at their reserved booth spaces. AEO Staff will be having them as well.
No walk-in solicitors. No signs are permitted by any person or company unless they are a fully registered Booth Vendor.
SET-UP & TEAR DOWN
Set-up of Booths will be from 8AM - 10AM.
Vehicles are allowed, during Booth Set-up and Tear Down times only, to park on the fence line of the first ballfield while transferring items to and from the vendor's vehicle / Booth. NO vehicles are allowed on any of the ballfields, even for exhibit purposes. NO Side x Sides / UTVs are allowed on the ballfields. No hand carts, wagons, dollies, etc. are provided, but feel free to bring your own. Once vendors have transferred all items from their vehicle to their Booth space, and BEFORE Booth set-up begins, vehicles must be moved to the regular parking area. Please be mindful of others needing to utilize the limited parking spaces to transfer their items too... let's MINIMIZE the time spent in that area!
Booth Vendors will be set-up by 10AM! If any booth is not set-up by 10AM, the booth space can be given to someone else, and there will be NO REFUNDS!
Booth spaces must remain set-up until 6PM! If a Booth space is torn down before 6PM, the vendor will not be allowed back to any of our future event(s), statewide. Be sure to have the amount of help you need to be successful!
Tear Down of Booth spaces will be from 6PM - 8PM.
SECURITY
Security will be provided by the City of Redfield from 8AM - 8PM.
Arkansas Extreme Outdoors, the City of Redfield, and their staff will not be held responsible for any theft by the public or vendors, any damages to any persons or property by the public or vendors, nor in case of any fire, accident, weather, or any other uncontrollable circumstance.

10 x 10 Booth Space - $50.00

30 x 30 Booth Space - $130.00
40 x 40 Booth Space - $170.00
