Remaining Booth Spaces do NOT come with a tent, table, chair, or electricity (we are sold out of tents, tables, and chairs).
You are allowed to bring your own 10 x 10 tent, tables, and/or chairs. Any tent that you want to bring that is bigger than a 10 x 10 MUST have pre-approval or is NOT guaranteed a space (Contact us first).
Space availability is first-come, first-serve.
NO alcohol or firearms are permitted in the park. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Vendors will be placed in assigned areas (a map will be provided)
Vendors are responsible for their own trash and area clean-up.
APPROVED VENDORS WILL BE CONTACTED REGARDING PAYMENT & BOOTH INFORMATION VIA PHONE/EMAIL PROVIDED BELOW.
SET UP AND BREAKDOWN TIMES ARE AS FOLLOWS:
SET UP 6AM TO 9AM THE MORNING OF EVENT.
BREAKDOWN TIME-6PM TO 9PM, NO EXCEPTIONS.
ARKANSAS EXTREME OUTDOORS, THE CITY OF REDFIELD, AND ANY RELATED VOLUNTEERS OR SPONSORS WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES TO PERSONS OR PROPERTY. BY SIGNING BELOW, YOU AGREE TO ALL CONTEXT.

20 X 20 Space (No tent, with table and two chairs) - $75.00 (SOLD OUT!)
40 x 40 Space (With tent, table, and two chairs) - $245 (SOLD OUT!)
